This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies (local storage, SDK identifiers, pixels and so on) are used on the “Randevu Planı” website and applications.
1. What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit store on your device. They are used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and analyse usage. In the mobile application, similar technologies (e.g. device identifiers, local storage) serve the same function as cookies.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are required for the Platform to work; they provide sign-in, security and core functionality. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off. On the website we use:
token— keeps you signed in (sign-in key). Up to 12 months; deleted when you sign out.userInfo_musteri/userInfo— basic details of the signed-in account (such as name and contact details), so pages open quickly with your account. Up to 12 months; deleted when you sign out.rp_cerez— your cookie choice (accept or reject), so that you are not asked again on every page. 12 months.- Security verification (Google reCAPTCHA / Firebase) — only when the sign-in, sign-up and verification steps are opened, to block automated (bot) attempts; these cookies are set by Google.
Functionality (Interface Preference) Cookies
These are created only when you make a choice, and make the Platform look the way you have chosen. They are not shared with third parties and work independently of your cookie choice.
rp_dil— your language preference; written only when you choose a language or dismiss the language suggestion. 12 months.- Browser local storage — interface preferences such as list/grid view and usage hints that are shown only once; never sent off your device.
Performance / Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how the Platform is used. On the website they are loaded only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner; as long as you have not made a choice or have chosen “Reject”, the related scripts are not loaded at all.
- Google Analytics 4 (
_ga,_ga_*) — visit and usage statistics. - Microsoft Clarity (
_clck,_clskand cookies on Microsoft’s own domains) — session analysis and behaviour maps.
In the mobile application, the Firebase (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Clarity SDKs are used for the same purpose.
Marketing / Advertising Cookies
The website does not currently use any advertising or marketing cookies. If they are introduced, they will operate only with your explicit consent and this policy will be updated.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by the service providers we use: Google (Analytics/Firebase, reCAPTCHA), Microsoft (Clarity), notification provider (FCM) and, where applicable, advertising providers. Videos on business pages are shown using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); when a page containing a video is opened your IP address is passed to Google, and YouTube may use its own cookies and similar technologies when you play a video. The data processing practices of these parties are governed by their own policies.
4. Consent and Management
Website
On your first visit a cookie banner is shown at the bottom of the screen. Two options are offered on an equal footing:
- Accept: analytics cookies are enabled.
- Reject: only strictly necessary cookies and interface preferences are used; analytics scripts are not loaded.
Analytics cookies do not operate until you make a choice. Your decision is stored in the rp_cerez cookie for 12 months; when that period ends, or if you delete this cookie, you will be asked again. Some browsers may shorten this period, in which case you will be asked again sooner.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer. When you withdraw your consent, the analytics cookies on the Platform’s domain are deleted and the analytics scripts are no longer loaded. Cookies that Microsoft keeps on its own domains can be deleted from your browser settings.
Rejecting analytics cookies does not restrict any feature of the Platform.
- Browser: You can delete or block cookies from your settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, features such as signing in may not work.
Mobile application
- You can reset your advertising identifier and manage app permissions from your device settings.
5. Retention Periods
Session cookies are deleted when the browser/application is closed. The lifetime of each persistent cookie is stated next to it above (up to 12 months for our strictly necessary and interface preference cookies); the lifetimes of analytics providers’ cookies are set by the provider concerned. A cookie expires at the end of its lifetime or when you delete it.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on the Platform.
